Back in 2009, I started HOT N ROLL with one grill, one roll, and a refusal to serve anything I wouldn’t eat myself.
That grill is still the same one you see me standing next to most nights, because the food only tastes right if I’m there to taste it first. My chefs and I still cook every order fresh, over open flame, the way we did on day one, whether it’s midnight or the middle of a Friday rush.
